Where can I report accessibility issues with Confluence?

Hi,

I've been doing some accessibility audits of internal pages on Confluence and have spotted a few accessibility issues which are related to the platform itself. I found a couple of old tickets for two of the issues which were closed but never resolved.

How do I report these please? See details below.

1. Text uses px (fixed) rather than ems or rems (relative) units, resulting in being unable to resize the text, which helps users with visual impairments to read the content without requiring the use of assistive technology (such as a screen magnifier). 
   
   I found an issue CONFSERVER-6361 logged here back in 2007 but it looks like it was never resolved:

2. Some of the touch targets do not have sufficient size and spacing in multiple places, but predominantly this issue is with the lock, attachment and search icon as well as lists of links. For the icons, they are 20x20px and links are 16x16px.  Ideally they should have a touch target of 44x44px.

3. Alt text should be used for decorative images, e.g. alt="", a value should be specified even if it is empty so it can be ignored by screen reader users and prevent unnecessary information being communicated to those using assistive technology. Under "Properties" there is an option to include alt text but no option to have blank alt text for decorative images that should be ignored.
   
   I found an issue CONFSERVER-90429 logged last year but it looks like it was never resolved.
