What happen to bullets in Confluence???

In the past, I have created Confluence pages and inserted link pages as bullet points.  Lately however, this is not an option and the system gives me an icon instead of a bullet.  So now my pages have a mix of bullets (from the past) as well as icons which makes it look pretty inconsistent and weird.  Can you please help?  See see attached screenshot and thanks for your help here! Capture.PNG

Hi @Jorleen Aguiles

You can click on the links and edit them. Each link can be a smart link or a URL. If you choose URL you can edit the link and instead of the whole URL you can place just a name/sentence. This is what happens on your image. All bullets are links with a dedicated name, except one which is a smart link.
