We had this and it expired, we are not sure how to renew it.
Hi @Anne Emmerich welcome to the community. Try this Knowledge Article from Atlassian about reactivating your subscription. If you're still having issues, you can contact Atlassian Support and using the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option and they should be able to assist.
As the user community, we're not suited to assist with stuff like that here.
