We have the confluence in cloud but we don´t see the configuration about NPS.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The documentation you referenced has to do with an NPS setup for a specific company. That is not an instruction document for setting up the same thing in any generic Confluence instance.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Perhaps we can offer you better guidance if you explain the problem you are trying to solve.

I tried configured NPS in our confluence, we are a bank in brazil and wue use the tool for documentation. I this moment we want to do some questions in each pages and after to summary the statistc about aour documentation.

If you want to use Confluence to provide surveys and collect responses, you will need to add a third party app to your Confluence instance to do that. Confluence does not have that functionality built in.
