Hello,

I have certain documents that when updated, go through an approval workflow. However, while the document is going through the approval workflow process, I would also like the document visible (before the changes were made). how is this possible?

I think you can do that with Comala Publishing and using two spaces.

So keep maintain the content in a secure space and use the approvals and workflows in this space, and then publish the changes to another space that is configured as visible for a wider set of users.
