user created the page many dates ago and he was current using the application.
When checking the old pages its displaying as @User-xxx instead of his name.
For the new pages which was created or modifying
It is displaying the username.
Need your guide why it's not displaying this name for old pages.
Hi, I was just looking into this and it appears there was a bug causing this.but that was fixed this week. Can you try it again now and see if that is still an issue for you?
Hi @Guess_ Brandi N_ ,
Can you share the document on how it can be resolved.
Which is very helpful for me .

Hi @kiranmai_genkolla ,
If you click on these two profiles/mentions are they referring to the same user profile or two different ones?
Once you open a profile page (click on "View profile" button), can you check if URLs/profile IDs are the same or if these are two different accounts?
Cheers,
Tom

Hi @Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_ ,
Not able to see the user details with this user-xxx in confluence. Currently if the same user was trying to create new page . it will display his username .

Hi @kiranmai_genkolla ,
Apologies for the late reply.
Sadly I don't have access to any DC instance to test it out. On-prem platforms have usernames like user-xyz you've mentioned, and usernames don't exist on the cloud.
I would suggest checking user management/directory for your Confluence product. There might be more information about that user there; however, I suspect this user might be deleted.
I also suggest checking out Community or official support docs on how you can 'restore' information such as user display name based on the username, but I'll have to leave this to some other members who are more involved in working with on-prem platforms.
If you have a valid product license, you can always reach out to Atlassian Support regarding this request.
Cheers,
Tom
