Hi, one of our editors has suddenly become an "Unknown user". I suspect that's because they haven't logged in. However, they said that they received no email notification prior to this. Can you clarify:

  • how many days without logging in a user can go before they become "unknown"?
  • prior to becoming "unknown" a user will definitely be sent at least one email notifying them?
