I'm trying to log in to Confluence on a new machine with restricted web access. Upon login, I see this message:

"Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials."

I suspect it’s trying to validate my credentials with a blocked address. I need to know which address it is so I can request IT support to allow it. However, no further details are provided. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

To allow proper communication between Atlassian Cloud products and devices on a network that has firewall or proxy settings there are many domains and IP ranges that need to be enabled. For a full list refer to:
