I am not able to load any whiteboards in any project space, despite being given access to view and edit. I can't see the toolbar, the grid and the content on the space.

I'm not personally experiencing this issue - but 2 people in my organisation during workshops I've run have experienced. We tried the following with no resolution
- changed browser - checked both chrome/edge
- cleared caches
- used incognito
none of the above worked
