I'm facing a problem:
@Lea Beckmann Did you install the trial version of the app in your Sandbox and not provide payment details for when the trial expired? The message seems to indicate that your license has expired. If your sandbox is in a different cloud instance than the site you want to use the app in, this might also affect licensing of the app (I'm not an expert).
Information on how to contact the developer of the app is available on the Support tab for the app in the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218995/stagil-navigation-for-confluence-menus-themes-and-search?hosting=cloud&tab=support
They should be able to assist you with licensing questions.
