Unable to get general configuration information about license of confluence

I am trying to troubleshoot why current users are not able to log into confluence. I am able to log into the portal using admin account but I am unable to see information about the license of confluence. Everytime I log in and click settings-->General Configuration   i get a blank screen. I cleared cookies/brower, restarted the box but I am still not able to check to see if license is still valid and also determine why other users can not log in. I created a new user in Jira console and I can log into Jira but not confluence with this new account.

Can you try see Confluence log, when you perform click settings-->General Configuration action? More details can be written there.
