Unable to Publish a page in confluence

I'm unable to publish a page that I've initiated in confluence if it's relevant, I created it from an onboarding template.

I get the following message -

Came up from some searches, that it may work after a while, so it didn't.

I tried to come back every few hours but without any luck.

The response I get from the server -

I have the same issue with the error message. In my case, publish is gray and my mouse pointer shows a "forbidden" operation icon when it flies over publish.
