Tracing what add-on is loading what

NCarmichael September 26, 2024

I can see that something in our confluence is loading javascript and using tracking images from domains belonging to "bifrost" (something to do with create javascript in the react framework) and "pendo" (some kind of graphing tool)

These are both slow to load so would like to try turning them off, we have no add-ons from either of them so assume it is one of the adds-ons that we do have installed that are loading them.

short of turning each add-on off one-by-one, is there a more scientific way to find what's calling them?

HI @NCarmichael ,

When searching the marketplace, there just one app created by pendo. So, you may want to start there.

For performance issues, you may want to raise a support ticket. Atlassian support can investigate your instance performance to see what else could be the issue.
