We have implemented integration between Jira Cloud and our custom local tool.
Last time, we had an issue when only some Jira issue related changes reached local tool. That was resolved accidentally by using 3rd party SSL tester, the reason was that the certificate chain was not complete on local tool side.
Currently we see that some Jira issue changes are not reached local tool, and we do not know the reason yet. Is there any mechanism to test the integration fully (e.g. list of testing scenarios using some mocking tool)? The problem is that logging is not implemented on Jira Cloud side and it is impossible to know the reason why some changes are not reached the local tool - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-41463, so we can check only local tool's log, OS logs and local firewall log.
