Sort Page Properties Report Macro by Page Owner

I am using the Page Properties Report and have enabled "show owner".  I would like the report to sort on the owner but am struggling.  I've tried various things in the Sort by field (Owner, owner, current owner, page owner...).  Any ideas on what the key is to getting this to sort by the page owner?

Hi @gina_hall 

You will need to add the Owner as a key on the pages with the page properities macros.  even though you can add Owner and date details, the sort function is limited to what is on the pages.

To echo what @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM wrote,

If/when you select the Show Owner checkbox in the page properties report, this will only show you the page owner, but you can't sort on it.  The Sort by field, only works on columns that are in your page properties table.  Look at this example:  See how I have created a column for owner in my page property table.
