We switched recently from Confluence Server to the Cloud Version.
In detail, I have a draw.io file attached to a certain confluence page which contains multiple diagrams on different draw.io pages.
On the confluence page I have multiple draw.io macros, each of them showing a different/dedicated diagram page of the same draw.io attachment/file.
In the Server Version and the corresponding draw.io & macro I could select a desired diagram page of the draw.io file in each and every macro instance and this was persisted. Thus, if other user ar looking to the page, they see the diagrams I configured on the macros.
In the current Confluence Cloud, this seems no more to be possible.
Every time the page is opened, in all macros the same diagram is shown. Regardless how I configure the View Settings - either on the confluence page as shown in the screenshot, or in the corresponding diagram settings section within the edit window of draw.io
Looking forward getting some hints how to solve this.
Being forced to have only one diagram in one draw.io file or attachment or showing always browsing through all draw.io diagram pages would not be an acceptable workaround.
Hi,
You can achieve the same results directly from the viewer by selecting the desired page (and layers) then check "Current Viewer State" and save.
The currently viewed page/layers (viewer state) will be shown in this macro on next page reloads.
If you open the drawio editor and click Customize as shown in the images, does it help?
Thanks,
Marija

Hi @Wilfried Sibla and welcome to the Community!
I've actually never used pages within draw.io so glad I found your question ;) we actually had a recent support case and they are really helpful.
So maybe just try and contact the draw.io Support in case noone in the Community has an answer right away: draw.io for Confluence and Jira Desk - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)

I actually tested it right now.
If you edit the diagram you will have following panel on the right. Whatever you set there will be shown to the viewer:
With Custom you can select a page and layers.

Hey Rebekka,
thanks for your reply.
It seems that there's also a issue with draw.io
As you can see in my picture - trying to follow your advice - I have 6 diagrams (the 6th one are the blue boxes) in my draw.io file, but I only can see 5 (the red boxes) in the View Settings Customize dialog.
I think, this would be one for the draw.io support

in general, I think the approach to have multiple diagrams in one draw.io file and show simultaneously these different diagrams on one confluence page - or even on different pages from the same source - is a good approach to avoid inconsistent content.

True - that certainly seems to be a case for their support. Like I said - they are quite helpful and probably thankful for any advice on bugs and issues.

Just to link the fixed issue:

For the main topic of my request, I'll have to file a new draw.io bug.

since we migrated our space from Confluence Server/DataCenter to Confluence Cloud as mentioned above, I tried to reproduce the issue once again on a new created page and with a new drawio diagram.
Here I got now the following message from drawio:
But on the confluence page later on I still see the wrong diagram tab sheet from the drawio file.

and by the way: Renaming the drawio file/attachment does also not work. It simply keeps the old name in the page attachments list

Hi,
File > Rename within the drawio editor expected behavior is to change diagram title one sees when Confluence page with the diagram is opened.
Do you see this differently?
P.S Diagram title change and diagram attachment change are two separate things. Are you trying to rename the attachment, please?
Kind regards,
Marija
