Hello all, we had some employees leave our organization that wrote documentation for us. Now we realize that when performing a search in Confluence, their content no longer appears in the search results, and only if I specifically know where to look for that content can I find it.
Is there a setting I need to enable to allow this content to return? Is this a bug? Do I need to migrate who "owns" this content?
@Eric Witkowski, unfortunately, this is a known issue. You can vote for the enhancement here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-41303 There is also a work around to help find the content by the contributor. Please vote so this is fixed.
