Running Atlassian On Demand - Can't get to Global Permissions - Only admins can log in at all.

I've finally upgraded and imported some old spaces into On Demand(Jira + Confluence + others)

I've added groups and users, but for some reason, only users in the administrators group can log in.
The download version has "Global Permissions" that would allow me to set the Jira-User permissions.. however, in On-Demand I can't get to anything resembling "Global Permissions". I am logged in as Administrator.

Note that I'm still running trial version. (I'm committed to Confluence, but I have not finished evaluating the other tools yet.)

Administrators should be able to see JIRA's Global Permissions page. Please submit a support request and we'll try and find out why you can't get to it.
