Row-controls missing in 50x7-table

As my table kept growing in rows I noticed that the row-controls ("+" to add a row, "x" to delete a row) dissapeared from view.

The work around is to delete rows via the dropdown-menu in a cell. So, not that big an issue but the UX is less straightforward.

When copying the page, the issue still exists in the copy.

Hmm... I did some more editing and now the dots next to the rows are back. They were gone as you can see on the screenshot.
