Rest API to access Issue collector in jira

I created a sample issue collector in jira , need to find API to access the issue collector 

I need to 

1. Document the type(s) of API call being made from Hz Confluence to Hz Jira when these Issue Collectors are run, 2. Determine how to find in Horizon Jira's Splunk logs (and Hz Confluence if available) these calls.

Here's an official REST API documentation for Jira Cloud: Jira Cloud REST API documentation 
Although I'm not sure what's the REST API particularly for issue collector as I've never used it.
