Removing read-only user from Confluence?

how to remove read-only user from confluence, the user is disabled and it's not member of any groups, and its only on confluence on jira doesn't exist. And when i go into Edit Details i can't change his name or username or email, but I can add more info like website, or position etc.

It's weird because we are not using any external directory, so it's suppose to be on our jira directory, but it's not.

Hi @NNJK21 ,

please take a look to the following article https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/delete-or-disable-users-138318.html

First of all we need to understand if user has been defined in you Confluence Internal directory. If you don't see delete button probably that user is coming form an external directory (jira, AD...)

Hi Fabio,

First thanks for your response.

But this article doesn't really help.

Am facing this issue with the user and it's blocking my migration to the cloud.
Am providing some screenshots to better understand the problem.
On Jira directory this user doesn't exist. It's only on confluence, am not sure how this happened maybe it was an error during the sync. And now because I have two user with one email, I can't proceed with the migration.
