Reindexing is needed for reporting scaffolding data

Hello ServiceRockets!

We have a yes/no-list in our scaffolding form.
Pages with the yes-value are reported.

A new page with YES does not appear without reindexing.
A page changed to NO disappiers as expected.
But: A page set to YES does not appear without reindexing.

We are using confluence 4. There it works.

The problem occurs on a c5 test system, using all latest versions.

Do you have any clue, what the problem may be?

I can answer my own question:

We implemented the filter with the scope-parameter (pagetitle > children).
That worked for Confluence 4 but not in 5.

Bored from reindexing again and again I tried to refactor the reportings and found the label-parameter.
After adding a label to all existing pages and the templates it works again.

Problem solved.
