1) I found an article in confluence useful.
2) I created a reference to that article thru a link in my knowledge base space
3) Later the article was moved to another space in Confluence
4) What happens to my link in the knowledgebase space? Do I need to keep checking the integrity of the links OR does it automatically resolve by changing the link to new place of the article OR it sends me an alert stating that one of the links I Am referring has been changed/deleted etc.
You don't need to do anything, the link will always resolve. If you change the name of the page, the link text will change to reflect this as well. This is a key feature of Confluence.
BTW if you want to create link that won't break from outside of your Confluence site, goto the "Page Information" for the page and use the "Tiny Link" instead of the normal page URL.
