I get the following error

We couldn't sync the following data source: 'xxx-confluence-xxx', at start time Dec 17, 2024, 12:40 PM CST. com.amazonaws.kendra.connector.sdk.exception.BadRequestException: Confluence Connector error code: CNF-5153 Error message: Confluence API does not return space information for given configuration Reason: Please check provided credentials has access to configured spaces

I have set it to begin at the root and my personal space and it does not seem to work. However the api token gets accessed correctly in my account management.

Is this a permissions issue? I set up my personal space to allow access. I do not manage the corporate account.

Hi @Ronn Yonamine

It does smell like a permissions issue.  Can you share more details on what you are attempting and code snippets so we might be able to help?
