Phone App access changed on Enel Green Power account

For months I have been accessing Confluence through the App on my company iPhone. Employer is Enel Green Power (North America). When I attempted to access today, I was directed to choose a site from four I do not recognize. Why? The four sites are:
adolfodeantonio, pmanual, pmogsp, raulalverez. They are possibly employees in Enel Green Power. 
Is this an error or change in our account?

Prior to today’s attempt, I logged into the Confluence mobile App and directly accessed all the information on our Atlassian Confluence pages. The ability to access on mobile devices is a high priority for our power plant and other field based personnel.

 This is a community of Confluence users where we are all using our own Confluence environments. We don't have access to your environment.

You need to reach out to the people within your employer's company who are responsible for administering the Confluence application/site that you normally access.
