Page tree macro is not displaying correctly after publishing

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
1. Macro with preview which is correct
2. Macro after published which is incorrect (This happening on that page not other ones)
3. Macro on other pages displayed correctly whih is created same
I didnt find any solution. I will be grateful for any solution .Thx in advance.
