Page is not displayed after install the Confluence Archiving Plugin 1.2

I install the Confluence Archiving Plugin 1.2 for cnfluence 3.5.13,when i open a space and want to use the Archving by the tab,there is nothing on this page,IE8 and firefox i have tried.
Could you do some investigation for this?
