Page Properties Macro is no longer fetching new page content

Paige May 17, 2024

Our team realized this morning that none of our new pages published that contained the page property macro were being rolled up to the page properties report on our parent page.

So far, we checked IDs for the page properties and the labeling on each page to make sure these new pages should be fetched for the report, nothing has resolved this so far. Even making duplicates of the existing working pages with the page property macro are not being fed in.

The page properties macro seems to have stopped rolling up any new pages and is only displaying content that was published before ~a week ago.

Any help would be appreciated!

I tested this on my site and did not see the same behavior.  It was working as suspected, although there is a delay on adding a new page and it showing up on the parent report.

Have you tried replying the label you use to filter on in the report?  I have seen issues after a migration where even tho the label existed, it wasn't recognized by the macro till I removed and re-added it to the pages.

Thanks! Looks like it was just taking about 30 minutes to update

While I'm happy it's working for you.  30 minutes is too long to wait for this to work.  If it happens again it may be worth putting in a support ticket.
