Hi,

When I am exporting PDFs of pages in my personal space on Confluence cloud, there is always a small gradient at the bottom of every page except for the title page:

I've deleted all styles for the PDF export for debugging purposes so the gradient cannot be coming from any CSS.

I've also tried exporting pages in my space as HTML but the gradient is missing there. It must be connected to the PDF export.

Does anybody have an idea where the gradient could be coming from and how to remove it?

Thank you,

Anne

Hi @Anne welcome to the community.  I'm not able to recreate that behavior in my instance.  If you export the page to Word, do you get any characters or another inclination of what might be causing it?  Does it happen if you are using another browser?  Do other people using your instance see the same behavior?  If you have a blank page does it happen?  Is there anything in common about your pages that could cause it?  Does it happen in a different space?

I'm also wondering if you change the language of your browser if there is any different behavior.  I took a look on Atlassian's Jira Site and couldn't find anything specific to this issue.

That looks like what you would see if there was a table in your page.

If you have tried those things and are still experiencing the issue, I would have your System Admin contact Atlassian Support and have them weigh in on the issue.

Hope that helps.
