Org and site admin can't see space that's visible to another user in organization.

Julius Lintner January 29, 2024

Hi.

I'm a user assigned the role of org and site admin. I don't see one specific space in the spaces overview, but it's visible to another user in the organization. I've tried to assign myself to all existing groups, I still can't see that space.

Thank you for your reply, solution tips.

Julius

Hi @Julius Lintner ,

My recommendation is to go to https://YOUR_CONFLUENCE.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action i.e. the Space Permissions page and scroll down.  Here you should see all spaces, and can change their access.

Thank you for the tip.

I had a subscrition plan free, so I didn't have this functionality available.

After activating the Standard plan, I was able to use Recover permissions and then I already had the space visible.

It helped me, thanks again.
