On Meetings notes (current cloud) is there only one index page per space?

I like the meeting notes page type.  But I may want to have different hierarchies for meetings in the same space (like an intranet space) (product meetings, sales meetings, etc...). It seems that there is only one index page that tracks all meeting notes per space?  Is this the case?  Not able to get this information via search.
