Not getting verification code for login on edge browser

Im not able to login in Confluence and JIRA using edge browser.
Not able to get verification code on my registered email id to login 
although I can login on chrome browser without any verification code,

@Bhavesh Bhadricha: You may have already done most of these steps. However, it never fails to review them again.

• Clear your cookies & cache on MS Edge.
• Attempt to login again. I would assume you have credentials for that.
• If there is a verification code requested again and you do not receive it, check your 'Spam/Junk' for the verification code.
• If it still does not work, since you can still login to Chrome, check your profile for the email used for confirmation.

I presume when you clear out your cookies & cache for Chrome, that too may start behaving the same.

Let me know where you end up.

I cleared the edge cookies but still cannot login and not getting verificaiton code.
have code in junk or spam


email id is proper when checked by chrome login

I do not want to try the same in chrome else once logout It would impact my work.

Could you attempt it on any other browser like on Firefox etc.?
In all likelihood, it would behave the same. However, just wanted to check for confirmation.

can you support to resolve the issue in edge browser
what would be the cause of not getting the verification code if the email id is proper updated on confluence

Assuming you are using a work laptop, can you check with couple of your co-workers for similar behavior on their laptop?

if I enter my email id instead of using microsoft login then I am able to login using edge browser.

I am not able to get email notification for any changes done on confluence and JIRA, can you support on that
