For a customers software I would like to use Confluence as a Wiki.
We prefer to use the server version.
The customer uses actually SQL-Server 2012 für its own software. But it is planned to set up new server with SQL-Server 2019 in the next few day/weeks.
In your Supportet Platforms I see that 2012 is Deprecated and 2019 is not yet supported.
So, what can you recommend?
1. Install on 2012 and upgrade it in for example 1/2 year to 2019 (whenever it is supported)
Will upgrading from 2012 to 2019 be easy to be managed or must I make any manually upgrades?
2. Wait until Confluence supports also SQL-Server 2019
