Issue with our installation. We have a different server ID from the one provided when we first retrieved the license key. New server ID: BXY8-A1WT-QVXB-4426. I am not finding a way to issue/generate a different license key.

You can still use your license from https://my.atlassian.com and it should work fine.
The licenses are only tied to the server IDs in Atlassian's records, not in any technical sense.
