Our Confluence is running on a managed System (not by us) and we can not change mysql settings. Startuperror inside log:

ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] [atlassian.confluence.setup.BootstrapApplicationStartupListener] checkConfigurationOnStartup MyISAM is configured as the default storage engine in your database, which may result in data integrity issues. Please see for more information.

You are going to need your hosting provider to change the MySQL settings

(For at least your Atlassian applications, if not the whole thing)
