Make the inserted JIRA Filter scrollable

I'm using the Insert Jira Issue/Filter macro. I'd like to be able to have all the items in the table, but scrollable in a reasonably sized box rather than have all the items display to the page and have to scroll the entire page. It's safe to assume I can follow instructions but probably won't know where to add things to the source code without very specific instructions.

I guess you are looking for something like this. This is a Table Filter macro option to freeze the first row.

That might work if I had any idea what CSS was.
