Knowledge Base Only Showing In 1 Portal

Hello,

So I have created a knowledge base in Confluence and I was under the impression that it would be global over all my Jira Service Desk Portals.

However when I go to the portals only 1 of them shows the KB articles. Have I missed something or set something up incorrectly?

TIA

  1. from your service desk project, go to Project settings > Knowledge base.
  2. Choose Link to a Confluence space. You can link a space to a service desk project if Confluence and Jira Service Management have the same Atlassian Cloud domain name. You can also unlink or change Confluence spaces whenever you like.
  3. From the application dropdown, select the Confluence site you want to link to.
  4. Select the space name or choose Create a knowledge base space. If you create a new knowledge space, name the space.

Hello @Lee Hutchinson

Have you checked the portals are all linked to the confluence space?

Thanks

Right, I think this is what I need to do but I can't find where to check this
