Greetings to all.

There are two questions I have regarding the design of the home page of the company's knowledge portal.

1. Does anyone know how I can remove the gray background that has suddenly appeared on my home page? Everything I have tried has not worked
   
   

2. Some of the icons have a white square in the background, while others do not. Is there a way to eliminate the white square in the background?

As Barbara mentioned in another reply, it really seems to not be a native feature in Confluence Cloud, but actually something from a third party tool, generally used to change the Confluence appearance in general.

For a more appropriate support and answer for your question, since we are not familiar with the apps structure, functionality, bugs and features, my suggestion would be engaging with the vendor's app.

The most popular apps for this, are the Refined or Scroll View port apps, which seems that both are installed in your Confluence Cloud.

In that case, I'd highly recommend double checking which app are you using on your site to customize the theme in Confluence, and then getting in touch with their support channels for further instructions. You can find their contact at their marketplace page:

In case you get an answer from them and they mention this is something that we should also check on our side (e.g: there is something that changed that broke their functionality, etc) you can get back to us and let us know, to investigate further and engage them in a support ticket!

@arkadi kaplon Your screenshot does not look like something available with native Confluence. Are you using a 3rd-party app to format the page? If so, you may want to check their documentation/support information to help resolve your questions.

Did you try to re-create the page? See if the problem persists.

Isn't the background coming with the picture you inserted?
