Jump to Section Functionality in presenter mode DOESN'T WORK.

Hello, I am using a Confluence page in presenter mode, specifically the Jump to Section Functionality (that displays the focus section and the other parts are greyed out). It doesn't work, whenever I am using both the keyboard space and left/right arrow keys, as well as clicking on the list icon, it does not move to the appropiate place of the presentation. It either shows above or below the correct section. Instead of moving to the correct section, it always jumps to content above or below.

I really need to present using Confluence, as I thought it was working. However, now that I have everything set up, the jump to section function is not working on my computer or on my colleagues' systems either.

Hi @Maria Mas welcome to the community!  I'm able to recreate similar behavior.  When I try the 'Jump to Section', depending on which section I'm trying to get to, it's not always going to that section.  It's showing the 2nd or 3rd section below that.  

I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site and couldn't find any open issues.

I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian Support and give them specific steps to see if there's something we're missing.   If they determine it's a bug, can you post that back here and I can vote for it myself?

I'm using Edge if that matters.

Hi @Dan Breyen , Thank you very much for your response. However, I’m not quite sure what you are referring to. I have already created this ticket as a bug and do not have any other options to submit additional information. I followed the link you provided, but it leads only to the "Ask Community" section, which is the same process I used to submit this comment.

Ahh.  Are you the System Administrator for your instance?  I'm wondering if you're not, as that link should let you create a ticket with Atlassian Support.

Hi @Maria Mas I heard back from Support. It appears this behavior started to be an issue about a month ago.  CONFCLOUD-79458 was opened for this issue.

Feel free to vote for and watch it for updates.

In the meantime, I will use firefox to present that presentation that seems that works fine at this moment with this browser.

The Jira ticket has been marked as fixed.  When I went in and tested it this morning, it was working.  I could pick different sections and the screen was jumping to those different sections.
