Is there a way to combine all three products logs to a shared location so that you could track their movements and get them easilty?

Hi Vllle

send your logs with Filebeat to a Logstash or Graylog server. You'll get a combined analytical view by using Elasticsearch & some nice webfrontends (Kibana,...).

Search for ELK stack or Graylog

You can change the log settings so that the systems log elsewhere, but you really do want to keep the Jira and Confluence logs separate.
