Issues Displaying Embedded Jira Issues in Confluence

Hello,
I'm having an issue with the display of embedded Jira issues on a Confluence page. When I create a new page and use the "Insert More Content" option to add "Jira Issues" with a filter, the data doesn't display correctly. The embedded data appears in table form, but in one of the table cells (column "Decision"), the content is shown as plain text separated by "|" (pipes) instead of as a proper table. This needs to be fixed.

I need help getting the table in the "Decision" column to display correctly. Have I overlooked any specific settings or macros? Thank you in advance for your help!
