As per the title, I am wanting to filter decisions by status; Decided, not started and in progress. I have been using the page properties macro that has the built in decision process, but can't see a way of filtering by the status, only other properties.
Is there another macro that would work for doing this? Sorry if it's an obvious answer.
Hi @Krystina
welcome to the community!
That is a limitation of the page properties report macro. A workaround you could use is to add an additional label to each page for the status and use that as an additional filter criterion.
To get around this (and other) limitation of page properties, have a look at our app Orderly Databases (free for up to 10 users). It allows for filtering on statuses.
Cheers,

Thanks for that Stefan, I will give those options a try!

One option would be to try using the "Contains Text" filter. You can enter multiple arguments using this syntax. "Pass" OR "Failed"

Hello @Krystina ,
Our Handy Macros for Confluence has Handy Status that can be a solution for you. You can choose to connect Handy Status with page labels in the macro settings. If configured in this way, it will automatically add the label with the current status value to your page. Moreover, you can switch status in the page view mode and see that the label is also updated. So all your labels will be up-to-date.
