Internal user directory

Björn Eitmann December 3, 2012

Hi *

Our first directory ist the "Delegated LDAP Authentication" for all users with domain "domain_a".

The seceond directory is the "Confluence internal directory".

Problem:

If i want to give access to a user with another domain, Confluence is not asking for a directory so that i couls choose the "internal" one. In JIRA it is like that!

How can i give access to these users who did not have the domain_a and put them into the "internal directory"

Thanks!

Hello Beitmann,

Unfortunately this is by default the first one. So if the first one is Internal, it will be created in Internal, otherwise it would be created in another and could grant you an error.

We have created a feature request to allow you to use it just like JIRA:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-22296

But in the meantime you'll need to put the internal in first and then create the User

Hope this helps!

Cheers

Guilherme
