Including external content from blogs in Confluence

Christian Regulski February 1, 2018

Hello everyone,

I am new to confluence and am actually struggeling with the following task. I want to create a Confluence page, which lists the newest blog posts of external websites.

In short, I have a list of ~50 blogs and want to streamline all the news in one Confluence page. I tried to get this done with the RSS Macro, but unfortunately most blogs do not even offer RSS and I am lost on how to solve that issue.

Is there any quick and viable solution how to get this done (for non-devs :) )?

Thanks in advance!

Christian

Christian,

Most blogs I visit do have RSS, but in your case, what are they using instead to share the data? If you can let me know what kind of blog it is and what is available to you I can try to find a solution.

Otherwise you could display the blog using an iFrame. I assume you're on Confluence Server? What version are you on?
