Hi,
I have a confluence Cloud Backup of space/site that weighs in at 2GB. How to upload this to a new cloud instance?
Upload screen says 200MB is the limit, if I click the link "Alternative methods for upload" the page returns 404 Not found. So no help from Atlassian available it seems.
Thanks!
Hello,
Here is the documentation that you are looking for:
Also stated in the documentation, size limit is for the uncompressed XML files inside the backup zip file. This is the 'data size' of the backup. There's no limit to the file size and number of attachments.
But if you still exceed the size limit, what you can do is specified in the documentation.

Hey Elifcan,
Lifesaver, all uploaded and the import job is running as we speak! I think those support pages could be worded a little better for import novices, a job for Atlassian!
Thanks for your help!

Hey,
Agreed, documentations can be better in many ways. Atlassian is working hard but since there are so many, they have a hard time to catch up, I guess.
Glad to help,
Elifcan

Hi @Elifcan Cakmak
Do we can import a zip of about 30 gb data using site import?
If not what is the alternate without going into installing a data center?
