Image appears with white stripes at the top and bottom
I add an image to the article in edit mode:
The image is flush against the border, as you'd expect. But then, when I Preview or Save it:
This issue is most noticeable with a border, but it also occurs without a border. I've used a border here to make the padding more clear.
This occurs with every image on some pages. Where to begin troubleshooting this? The HTML looks the same between this page and non-affected pages, and the issue occurs with pasted images and images inserted manually through the Insert menu.
