I requested an app for evaluation. Our admin user added it, now he sees it but I don't.

When he logs in, he sees the app. When I do, I see no apps on the app menu, but I do see a Person page has been added that has the name of the app. It's a free trial version of the Scroll Viewport app. He installed 2 other apps from them which worked fine & I can evaluate those.
