Hey team,
As an admin of Atlassian suite, We got serval email that "XYZ user wants to try out Confluence". I also observed that some users have their Atlassian applications which are running on the free plan.
What is the actual cause for this and is there any remedy to prevent it?
Note: We have all managed accounts & domain is also in the verified state.
Hi @meet_darji
There is no restriction on any user creating a cloud site with Atlassian, this can only be prevent by the setting available in an enterprise plan.
This is not related to verified domains or managed users unfortunate.
You can take ownership of the site and discontinue it.
Atlassian decided to not implement this on non enterprise plans, see CLOUD-10325
Hey @Marc - Devoteam , The awesome insight. I've also gone through the Official documents. Could you please let me know as an admin how cam i turn it down?
