Hello,
I am the org owner for my JIRA/Atlassian instance but can no longer see the pages/spaces that others have set up. Can anyone help me here? It feels like a basic setting that I haven't enabled but I'm lost on this!
I used to be able to see all pages/spaces but I moved to 'free' confluence - do I need a premium version of the product?
Thanks in advance
Hi @Jonathan Taylor ,
There is some right on the space. You have to add your account as admin of space.
There is also some page permission.
Page permission & restriction:

@Jonathan Taylor You should also keep in mind that, even though you might be the org admin, there may be content in spaces or individual pages that the owners feel you should not be permitted to see. For example, company financial data or personnel records.

Hi @Jonathan Taylor Welcome to the community!
In the free version, while you remain the organization owner, each space can have its own permissions. It's possible that the spaces you're trying to access have restricted permissions that prevent you from viewing them.
Ask the space admins or creators to check if you have been granted the necessary permissions to view the spaces.

Really helpful, thank you.
My team (and me) are Atlassian novices - is there any chance that you could share a link on how creators open up the spaces that they created?
Thank you!
