I am setting up a JIRA macro in Confluence comments option is not displayed

I setup a JIRA macro in Confluence and setup what fields I want to display, one of which is the comments that have been added to the issue.  Looks like that is not what is being displayed.  Is there a way to get the comments field in the issue to display in my Jira macro?

@ew88 Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I found a Jira ticket for this issue (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-32764), but then noticed that you are on Data Center, rather than Cloud. 

There is an equivalent Server issue (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-32764), which I think also applies for Data Center, but it does not sound hopeful that this feature will appear.
